“ Went in on a busy Saturday night. It was packed but the kids working were doing a great job at getting orders taken and out to the customer. Ordered the chicken tenders, kids burger meal and the pickle fries. Everything was very good, fresh and hot. Can see this being one of our "go-to" places for a quick meal! (I just wish the parking lot was set up differently:) ”

“ This review is for “The Shoppe” West Bends newest happening place! Formerly the Creamery/Toucan Custard... The updates are simple but fun- loved the mural in the small yet efficient dining room area- Classy & Simple just enough to pay homage to the area. The food was prepared fresh and in a quick amount of time, considering they have just opened... any faster and it couldn’t have been made fresh, but this was made Fresh and so delicious! We had the Patty Melt and a Build Your Own Chicken sandwich- both were excellent and they had no issue with some gentle customizations of the menu item! For sides the brisket chili cheese fries- YUM! The broccoli cheddar bites were also hot and tasty! I would highly recommend this establishment- and we will return to try some of the other tempting menu items! Congratulations to Yomi & Crew- y’all better buckle up, because I’d say you have a HIT on your hands! ”

“ I had seen this place all of my Facebook page and just had to come!! I brought my 2 year old Ashleigh with me for a little mommy daughter date and it was super fun! The service was the best part though. The first person I saw upon arrival was a bright eyed girl with a big smile. Later I found out her name was Josie. She was ready to take my order the second I got to the counter. She was also quick to learn about my daughter, who adored her. She asked Ashleigh questions like how old she was and it made my daughter’s day so much better. Not to mention another girl who I also met Natalie, she like Josie looked like she was having the time of her life working there, taking good care of the food she was making us and giving us a good amount of ice cream! Very worth the price and the experience, and I will be visiting this place again! I’ll bring the whole family next time! ”

“ Ordered a double cheeseburger, fries and onion rings with custard on the side. Everything was excellent! The cheeseburger was SUPER high quality. The meat was great and was definitely fresh and not frozen. The bun was soft and the toppings were fresh. It is hard to find a great burger that checks all the boxes like this one. The fries and onion rings were great as well. The custard was super creamy and I will definitely be back for more. The customer service was excellent, and the owners were super friendly and helpful. Great experience and I can't wait to go back! ”

This is exceptional customer service and everything was outstanding. As kids, toucan was our favorite place to go. I'm very happy that this place has taken great ownership. ”
